Blaze Pizza has announced that it will be revamping its menu for the first time in more than a decade, joining the ranks of several other casual dining restaurants that are doing the same thing in an effort to lure new customers.

In a press release, the Pasadena-based company revealed that the “most significant menu revamp in its history” will go into effect this year, with different options for customers to be rolled out in the coming months.

In addition to new premium pizza toppings, Blaze Pizza will be offering “on-the-go” snack items, salads, and an all-new dessert line.

The first part of the menu revamp is the reveal of five new pizzas as part of its Signature Pizza line called the “Chef Inspired & Fast Fire’d Signature Collection,” which will replace the long-standing Signature Pizza menu.

The five new Blaze Pizza items include:

  • The Carnivore: A meat-lovers pizza consisting of a savory mix of pepperoni slices, julienned ham and crumbled meatballs.
  • The Herbivore: A vegetarian pizza consisting of a “daily dose of veggies” topped with fresh mozzarella and garlic.
  • The Meatball Pie: A pizza topped with meatballs and dollops of ricotta cheese.
  • The Blazed BBQ: A chicken BBQ pizza topped with ranch for added flavor.
  • The Four Cheese: A pizza for cheese lovers consisting of shredded mozzarella, fresh Ovolini mozzarella, creamy dollops of ricotta, and parmesan sprinkles.

“Our culinary team has been hard at work, revamping our menu offerings and making additions that will enhance the Blaze experience,” said Christian Kuhn, chief marketing officer of Blaze Pizza, in the press release. “We remain committed to authenticity in everything we do, from dough made in house, to best-in-class ingredients and as always, cooking pizzas in our open-flame oven.”

Blaze Pizza isn’t the only casual dining restaurant that has been revamping its menu. Earlier this month, McDonald’s announced that it would be continuing the rollout of its new, revamped menu, which it had been doing since the top of Q1 2024. The fast-food giant’s revamp includes a “larger satiating burger” to improve on what the company is calling its “leadership in beef.”
